Day 1- Establishing the Vision

Habakkuk 2:2-3 AMPC --- write the vision---- Dream Again

And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by. For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day.

Everyone has been given a vision from God. God writes vision on the “tablet of our hearts” (Prov, 7:3; 2 Cor. 3:3). We see this throughout the Word of God. Vision is received through impartation & revelation. To get a better understanding of what the word “vision” means let’s look at the definition.

Vision Definition (Dictionary.com)

·      the act or power of sensing with the eyes; sight. [seen with spiritual eyes first then natural]

·      the act or power of anticipating that which will or may come to be: prophetic vision; the vision of an entrepreneur.

·      a vivid, imaginative conception or anticipation: visions of wealth and glory.

·      to envision, or picture mentally:

Vision in God must be seen with our spiritual eyes of faith first before we ever see it in the natural.

Prayer Points & Declarations

  • God enable me to see with your eyes the vision you have for me.

  • I commit to pray out the purposes and vision for my life

  • I commit to get in your presence to hear and see what you want me to hear and see

  • I will see what you want me to see.

  • My mind and heart is covered by the blood of Jesus. No unauthorized access to my though life and my dream life. I take authority over it and draw a blood line.

God is saying for this next 2020 season….

We are in a season of vision. I believe in this next season God is asking us to take the limits off of Him. He is asking us to go further and deeper in Him with no fear.

What would it take for you to take the limits off of God?

  • Mindset

  • Renewed Faith

  • Removal of fear & strongholds

Any or all of these things might relate to you. It is our duty to ask God what is hindering us from going further in Him.

Prayer Points & Declaration

  • Remove the obstacles and challenges that are not allowing me to see the vision God has for me.

  • I come out of agreement/partnership and remove: all agreement with sin (conscious and unconscious). I accept Jesus’s gift of righteousness and freedom from all sin and patterns of sin.

  • I reject fear and choose not to come into agreement with it. I am not afraid to see what God has for me. I have not been given a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and a sound and well-balanced mind (2 Tim 1:7)

Habakkuk 2:2-3 AMPC

This scripture gives us some very specific characteristics of a vision from God. These are the beginning of what we should be praying over our lives when it comes to receiving the vision that God has for us.

Characteristics of vision:

  • Specific enough to be written

  • Clear enough to be seen by anyone and understood

  • In the right timing and season (execution)

  • God empowers a visions velocity (acceleration or stagnancy)

  • Foundation of its manifestation is based on our trust with God

  • Ordained by God

  • Requires patience and endurance to see manifest in natural reality

  • Requires our partnership and obedience to God

Prayer Points & Declarations

  • I will recognize when God is giving me vision. I will clearly see, hear and know God’s vision in every area of my life.

  • I will walk out God’s vision in God’s timing and in God’s season.

  • I will do all the proper things necessary for God’s vision to be executed in my life.

  • I will trust you God.

  • I will have patience and walk in great endurance.

  • I commit to partner with God and obey what He tells me to do. I will see God’s vision come to pass.
